Recent activity widget

The Recent activity widget contains tabs that display all item notes and activities.

The tabs available to the user in the Recent activity widget include:

• Notes - This tab contains all item notes that are added by the user. You can pin important notes to keep them at the top of the list for quick access. For more information, see Recent activity widget and pinning notes.
• Workflow - This tab contains all item workflow actions. Approver added notes can also be found in the Workflow tab.
• Change request - This tab contains all item actions and processor added notes.
