Receipts widget
The Receipts widget shows historical data for the receipts of a specific item. The widget also provides different methods for analyzing the data in the receipt records, and other details.
Advanced filters
Receipt history data can be filtered by choosing the filter icon and selecting a Date/time range and Category. You can select to view a specific category of receipts.
The Category filter options include:
- All
- Exclude
- Freight
- Supplier
Display Receipts by Date
You can specify to see receipts that apply to a specific period. At the top of the filter pane is the Date/time range fields. Dates can be entered manually or by clicking the calendar icon within the field and selecting the wanted dates from the calendar.
Display Receipts Used in Lead Calculation
You can choose to list records that are only used in the Lead Time Calculation.
Click the checkbox that is labeled Display receipts used in lead time calculation only, at the bottom of the pane.
When the date and filter settings have been entered, click Apply. The filter option used, date range, and lead time calculation (if selected), are all displayed under the Receipts widget sub heading.
Grid and Graph Views
There are two methods of displaying the Receipts history information grid view or in graph view.
Users can switch between the two views by clicking the graph view (
) or grid view(
) icons in the
upper right side of the widget.
Grid View
Grid view lists the receipt records for the item in a spreadsheet format. While receipt records do contain a large selection of data points, users can choose which columns to display. Users can change which columns are shown by using the Show/Hide Column function (see below).
Graph View
Graph view allows the user to see the receipt data represented in a visual format.
Graph view is presented in two modes: History and Preferred supplier performance.
History
- The History graph shows when receipts occurred and the average lead time for each.
- Users can hover over each node on the graph for more data.
Preferred supplier performance
- The Preferred Supplier Performance graph shows what percentage of receipts were received on time, what percentage were late, and by what extent they were late.
Show/Hide columns
You can change the columns that you want to view by selecting the

Downloads
You can download receipt history information in .csv or
Excel format by clicking the 
icon.
