| Availability | Availability Code | Analysis based on time from ordering to receiving the material. Broken into an A,B,C code and configured to client requirements E.g.A - > 30 Days, B - 14 - 30 Days, C - 0 - 14 Days. |
| Business Impact | Business Impact (Criticality) | Code that is Usually defined by a mixture of inventory controller and maintenance input. |
| Control Segment | Control Segment | A Control Segment is set by using business rules (Autotasks) and is the main characteristic that is used to classify items in a Set for inventory control purposes. |
| Export Code | Export Code Highlights the records current export status. | the solution will set the value to "E - Exported" when the record is exported. |
| Export Types | Export Type Code | The type of export profile selected by the user. For example, "Reorder Levels". |
| Holding XYZ | Holding XYZ Code | Areto analysis of current stock holding value across items in a set. Current Stock Holding Value = Stock on Hand multiplied by the Average Unit Price. |
| Last ACG | Last Month's Control Segment | The Control Segment used last month. |
| Moving Code | Moving Code (0=nonmoving, 6=fast moving) | Items are assigned a moving code based on the number of months with movements over a 24-month period. If there are less than 24 months of usage, then the data is extrapolated for a 24-month period and the moving code is calculated based on this result. The 24 months can be made up of actual and/or projected usage depending on the forecast mode. |
