Deleting roles

You can delete a role.

Note:

Sign-off role cannot be deleted.
You cannot delete a role which is used in a review.

Procedure

In the Administration application, under Workflow settings (), select Roles.
On the Roles grid, select the role that you want to delete.
Click the Delete button.
On the Delete workflow role window, click Delete.
