Workflow rule condition management
The workflow rule condition management system provides a structured way to handle and update conditions used in rules. Manual and auto-generated conditions are managed separately.
Condition library
The condition library is designed to manage and display conditions that allows tenants to handle and review conditions used in workflows. It includes features for different types of conditions, deletion with appropriate confirmation, and permissions for viewing or modifying conditions.
Condition types
- Auto-generated condition
- These are conditions created automatically by the system, typically based on value of the field that you choose from defined Codes list or the value of those fields in items.
- Manual condition
- These are conditions created by system users, tailored to specific needs.
