Additional information:
- If a Global default recipient list exists, this list is displayed as the default recipient list. You can customize this list.
- If a Global authorized recipient list exists, only users from this list can be selected as users in the default recipient list.
- If no Global default recipient list exists, then the default recipient list is empty by default. You can customize this list.
- The default recipient list can be left blank, meaning that you do not have to assign a recipient to the list.
- When the default recipient list is left blank, the Global recipient list is used by default.
- The status of Missing recipient is applied when both Global default and default recipient lists are empty. The item does not continue through workflow until a recipient is assigned to one of the lists.
