Application details

The "Application details" page shows the details for a particular application. You access the "Application details" page by clicking an application name on any page on which applications appear, such as the "Application summary" page.

An application is a user-defined grouping of assets. When you assign CICS® transactions, IMS transactions, or files to an application, their assets also become part of the application.

Use the "Application details" page to:

  • See the attributes of a specific application.
  • Perform actions on the asset.
  • See other assets that are related to the current asset.
  • See measurements for the assets of an application.
