How do I keep my space public but make sure no one can edit anything?

You have a number of critical processes and you want to make sure that all your team can read them, but only you can edit them.

To perform these steps, you must have Manage Space permission for the space.

  1. Log in to IBM Blueworks Live and click the space you're interested in.
  2. Click the Users tab.
  3. Remove all permissions from all users or groups listed.
Users can still see the published processes in your space but cannot edit any of them. You continue to have the ability to edit.
