How do I make a space private?

You now have a fairly large user community. Some of your users are working in one area while others are working in another. You want to make sure that only the users on a particular team can see your space and its process diagrams.

To perform these steps, you must have Manage Space permission for the space.

To make a space accessible only to a specific group of users:
  1. Log in to IBM Blueworks Live.
  2. Go to the User Groups tab and create a new user group.
  3. Go to the Spaces tab and select the space that you want to restrict.
  4. Click the Users tab.
  5. Remove all entries except for the one that grants you Manage Space permission.
  6. Add the new user group that you just created.
The space can now be seen and accessed only by the users in the specific group.
