Why can't I see my coworker's process?

If a coworker sent you a link to a process, but you can't see it, try the following suggestions.

  • Make sure that you and your coworker are members of the same account. You must belong to an account to view the work within that account. If you aren't a member, your coworker can invite you by clicking Invite New Users in the footer of the Blueworks Live page.
Tip: To determine which account you're in, click the information icon letter i in circle at the upper right of the page.
  • If you're a contributor or a viewer, make sure that the process is published. Viewers can see only published processes. Contributors can see only published processes, unless the account administrator enabled the option for contributors and editors to see both published and unpublished versions of artifacts in their spaces. Community users cannot see processes at all.
  • Make sure that your coworker has given you access to the space as well as the process that you want to see. Your coworker can take these steps to make sure that the access is enabled:
    1. Go to Library > Space.
    2. Click the name of the space. Click Users.
    3. Make sure that your name, or the name of a group that you're a member of (such as All Editors) is included in the Participants list.
