How do I resize the activity box names?

If some activity names are too long to fit in the boxes, you can resize them all to fit.

  1. Log in to Blueworks Live and open the process diagram. Make sure that you are in edit mode.
  2. Right-click a blank space in your diagram. A menu pops up.
  3. From the menu, select Resize All Item Names to Fit. This menu selection shows up only if some labels are too long.
The font sizes are adjusted so that all labels fit in the boxes.
