Tracking events in a user's account history

For internal cost allocation, you might need to track when users joined your Blueworks Live account and which licenses they used during specific time periods. Additionally, tracking key security events for each user provides an audit trail of changes and helps identify suspicious activity.

On the User Management tab of the Admin page, click the user's name to open the Edit user window and select the History tab to view the following user account and security events:
  • Who invited the user and when
  • When the user accepted the invitation
  • What license was assigned
  • When the license was changed
  • Changes to user admin status, user group, or business unit
  • When the user account was archived or restored
  • Forced password changes (when an admin forced the user to choose a new password)
  • Date of last authentication method change

To export the history, go back to the list of users and in the user's row, click the Options menu icon > Export history to download a CSV (comma-separated values) file that you can open in Microsoft Excel.
