Publishing a process blueprint or decision

When you are ready to share your process blueprint or decision with all users in your space, you can publish it.

• To publish an artifact in your space, open the artifact and click Snapshots .

  Select the snapshot that you want to publish and click Publish. Published artifacts appear with a published icon. When published artifacts are open, a Published button appears in the toolbar.

• To unpublish an artifact, click Published in the toolbar and select Unpublish. The artifact will no longer be visible to users in the space who are not editors, unless the account administrator has selected the option to allow contributors to also see unpublished artifacts within a space.

From the Library or your space's Overview page, you can publish or unpublish multiple artifacts. Use Ctrl+click or Cmd+click to select each of them. Or, select the first artifact and then use Shift+click to select the last artifact and all artifacts in between. Release the key and click the drop-down menu at the top of one of the selected artifacts to specify Publish Current Version or Unpublish.
