Creating and running process playbacks
Playbacks help you create a shared understanding of a process across the
organization, collect feedback, identify problems, and find opportunities for process
improvement.
You can use playbacks to step through each of the potential paths within a process blueprint, providing stakeholders with a step-by-step view of all activity details and comments. You can also use a playback to focus in on just the specific subflows of a process where you need stakeholder input.
