Monitoring file storage

IBM® Blueworks Live provides each account with 100 MB of storage per Editor. As an admin, you can go to the File Management tab to monitor the files attached to spaces, posts, policies, decisions, and process blueprints, and determine the amount of storage remaining.
Blueworks Live assigns a file status based on the files attached to activities, decisions, or process apps:
Active
A file attached to an active process.
Inactive
A file attached to a historical snapshot of an activity, decision, or process app.
Archived
A file attached to an archived activity, decision, or process app.
If you're reaching the storage allotment, select the file in the list of files and click Delete.
Note: Deleting a file from the Admin page permanently removes the file from the process, decision, or process app that it is attached to.
