Getting started with Blueworks Live IQ
As an Editor, you can run AI-powered analysis on process blueprints to obtain performance insights, improvement recommendations, and hygiene evaluations.
Before you begin
Important: This feature is currently a technology preview.
To be able to use Blueworks Live IQ (technology
preview), make sure that the following prerequisites are met:
- You have an Editor license.
- AI features are enabled in the customization settings for your account.
- Optional: For better results, make sure the process blueprint that you want to analyze is properly mapped and includes all relevant properties.
Procedure
- To start using Blueworks Live IQ, open your process blueprint. Blueworks Live IQ uses the current version of the open blueprint as context, including its BPMN structure and all available metadata.
- Open the AI chat panel.
- Select the Blueworks Live IQ tile.
- Enter a question or choose one of the suggested prompts in the chat to start the conversation.

Note: Blueworks Live IQ retains your chat history across sessions
for each process you interacted with. Your messages remain available unless you select
Restart conversation
. When you restart, your entire
chat history for that process is permanently cleared and cannot be recovered. Before you restart a
conversation, make sure that you save or copy any information that you want to keep. If you
generated a business case, you can also download the output as a PDF file.
