Blueworks Live IQ Known limitations

Find the known limitations and issues that might occur when using Blueworks Live IQ (technology preview).

Important: This feature is currently a technology preview.

Use of synthetic data

To provide comprehensive examples, Blueworks Live IQ can generate synthetic or estimated data. Sometimes, these values might not be explicitly labeled as synthetic.
Workaround
Treat all AI-generated metrics and KPIs as placeholders. Verify all data against your actual business records before you make decisions or include them in official documentation.

Navigation and capability hallucinations

Blueworks Live IQ might sometimes suggest navigation paths, buttons, or steps that do not exist in the current product interface. It might also occasionally state that it performed a direct action, for example "I have updated the process model for you with the missing values". However, it does not have the permissions to modify process blueprints.
Workaround
Use Blueworks Live IQ for brainstorming, drafting, and analysis. For precise instructions or tool navigation, see the official Blueworks Live documentation or use the How To agent within the Blueworks Live AI assistant.

"Error processing request" messages

In some cases, the AI engine might not be able to generate a response within the required time frame, which results in an "Error processing request" message. You might also observe incomplete or paused responses that resume after a brief delay. These issues typically occur during periods of high system demand or a temporary timeout during the AI's processing cycle.
Workaround
If you see this error, wait a few seconds and try sending your request again.
