Properties customization

You can customize the properties that are displayed in the Details tab for process blueprints and decision diagrams.

Customize properties and control the following settings from the Properties tab of the Admin page.

• Use the toggle in the Visible column to show or hide predefined properties, for example Business Owners or Cost.
• Use the toggle in the Enumerated column to restrict a custom or default property to specific values. If this option is enabled, a glossary manager must edit the list of allowed values before you can select any of these values for this property.
• Change the color of a property by clicking the color square and selecting the color that you want.
• Add your own custom properties to process blueprints:
  1. Click Add a custom property.
  2. Enter a name and select whether it's a text or number property. You can add up to 20 text properties and 10 number properties.
  3. Optionally, specify a tooltip to provide users with additional information about the property.
