Using historical data collection and reporting

In addition to monitoring and displaying real-time data, OMEGAMON for z/OS can collect and view data over extended periods of time.

OMEGAMON for z/OS provides the capability to collect near-term history data from Resource Measurement Facility (RMF) - also referred to as RMF near-term history data - and to collect and store historical data using IBM Tivoli Monitoring - referred to as historical data.
