Direct situation analysis for the DFSMShsm Status workspace

The DFSMShsm Status workspace produces situation event workspaces when the following situations resolve to true:

• KS3_HSM_Backup_Queue_Critical/Warning
• KS3_HSM_Dump_Queue_Critical/Warning
• KS3_HSM_Migrate_Queue_Critical/Warning
• KS3_HSM_Recall_Queue_Critical/Warning
• KS3_HSM_Recovery_Queue_Critical/Warning
