Explanation
A call to cell pool services has failed. Look for a previous KDFS034E message. Two of these messages will be issued following the KDFS034E message. Each displays five of the input parameters to the CSRP call. A dump will also be taken for this error.
Only one set of messages and one dump will occur, regardless of how many errors are encountered.
