Explanation
 			 				VTS monitoring could not be started because no tape 				groups of any type were found on the system. 			 		
System action
 			Processing continues without VTS monitoring. 		
User response
 			 				This message does not necessarily indicate a problem if 				the system on which it appears is known to not have any 				tape devices defined. If there are tape devices defined, 				examine the RKLVLOG and JESMSG files to determine if any 				other errors occurred during processing. Contact IBM® 				Software Support.
