Explanation
 			 				An SMF record was encountered which should have 				contained a data control section, but did not. Possible 				values for module include: 	KDFDCHPS and KDFLCHP.
System action
 			 				The collector stops using the RMF™ API for the duration 				of this collection interval. However, a new attempt to 				use the interface is made during the next and subsequent 				collection intervals.

 			 				Contact IBM® Software Support. The destination is the 				Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server Engine log file, 				RKLVLOG.
