Explanation
 			 				Data set collection initialization failed during the 				second pass of parsing the KDFDSCIN member of the data 				set pointed to by the RKANPAR DD statement. The member 				is no longer available, even though it was available 				during the first pass of parsing. 			 		
System action
 			Data set collection does not occur. 		
User response
 			 				Correct the problem with the KDFDSCIN member, then 				restart the Tivoli® Enterprise Monitoring Server address 				space. If the error still occurs, contact IBM® Software 				Support. The destination is the Tivoli Enterprise 				Monitoring Server Engine log file, RKLVLOG.
