Explanation
 			 				An attempt to load a new record into a VSAM data set for 				load processing has failed. A PUT is issued to 				initialize the contents of a VSAM data set that 				previously failed to OPEN. 			 		
System action
 			 				Open processing fails, and service probes initialization 				completes unsuccessfully. 			 		
User response
 			 				Ensure that the VSAM KSDS has been properly created for 				the services checkpoint data set of IBM® OMEGAMON® 				for storage on z/OS®.
