The service access to all the product maintenance packages for the IBM® PureData™ System for Operational Analytics must be done through the system console instead going directly to the service interface on the products.
To access the solution component service interface, complete the following steps:
This interface provides a panel with direct access to the various device-specific managers for the Hardware Management Console (HMC), storage, network, and storage area network (SAN) switches.
Follow the normal path for logging in to and accessing the maintenance package, based on the specific interface chosen.
