Explanation
SR-IOV logical port was varied off from the partition but could not be removed from the partition.
An error has occurred when the management monsole tried to vary it back on to the partition.

Problem determination
Please run the rsthwres command to try to recover the SR-IOV logical port. If this problem persists, 
please contact your service representative.
