Exploring historical master data
You can view historical record, entity, and relationship data within your master data instance.
A data engineer must configure whether the IBM Master Data Management service retains historical data.
When history tracking is enabled, you can select any past data update to view the attribute values at that point in time, and also see whether each update was initiated by a user, source system, or linkage action. The history capability is useful to help your organization with audit tracking and analysis of data changes over time.
