Problem determination
If you want to activate this partition, you must increase the amount of memory available in the 
shared memory pool, or you must reduce the amount of I/O entitled memory required for this partition. 
Some of your options are: 
1. Increase the size of the shared memory pool. 
2. Remove I/O entitled memory from any of the shutdown shared memory partitions. 
3. Remove I/O entitled memory from any running shared memory partition. 
4. If the profile you are trying to activate is configured to use automatic I/O entitled memory management, 
   remove one or more virtual SCSI, virtual Ethernet, or virtual fibre channel adapters from the profile. 
5. If the profile you are trying to activate is configured to use custom I/O entitled memory, reduce the 
   amount of I/O entitled memory specified in the profile.
