Response

Use Hardware Service Manager to re-IPL the virtual I/O 
processor that is associated with this I/O adapter.  Other 
resources attached to the virtual I/O processor may then 
need to be Varied On. 

If any reference codes are surfaced, use the new reference 
code to resolve the problem. 

If you cannot resolve the problem, contact your next level 
of support.
