Explanation
 An error occurred during task initialization for a removable media device. This SRC is logged when an error occurs and the removable media device driver cannot determine the device type or model.  

Response
 Perform the following: 
Check the Product Activity Log for other entries that indicate interface problems and work those problems. 
Check the device firmware level and apply the latest PTFs.
Check for LIC logs with major code 2E00.  Contact your next level of support with the information you have gathered.

Problem determination
 IPL the IOP to retry the device identification process.  If the error persists then contact your service provider.
