IBM Db2 Bridge

IBM® Db2® Bridge is a tool used to move data between Db2 databases. It also supports data migration from Oracle and Teradata to Db2 Warehouse through the User Interface (UI) or the Command Line Interface (CLI). Once configured, you can trigger data movement through the browser or a command line interface. IBM Db2 Bridge supports several transfer scenarios.

IBM Db2 Bridge is compatible with:

  • Converts Teradata objects to Db2-compatible formats while preserving data integrity
  • Allows you to select entire databases or specific objects for migration
  • Builds development and test environments quickly
  • Minimizes downtime with high-speed data transfer using IBM Optim High Performance Unload
  • Works across different operating systems using ODBC connectivity
  • Supports both on-premises and cloud deployments
