Shipments details

The Shipments details page provides a consolidated view of all shipments and also individual shipments.

When you select Shipments from the Sales order details page, you see a Shipments page that includes both a high-level summary and a shipments details section. You can search for a specific shipment by entering either a shipment number, a status, or other criteria. For more information, see Filtering and searching data.

Shipments summary

The shipments summary section shows the total number of shipments that pertain to the sales order in brackets. You also see the number of shipments that are created against the sales order and the number of shipments that are in each of the following categories.
  • On hold
  • Shipped
  • In progress
  • Cancelled
Note: The In progress value includes all shipments that are created under the sales order that are not shipped. The On hold value is an extra status flag. The On hold value includes all shipments that are currently on hold, regardless of shipment status.

In addition, the chart shows the breakdown of those shipments that are in progress, shipped, and cancelled. The number in the center of the chart indicates the total number of shipments.
