System value lists in Emptoris® Contract Management are available by default. You can also create values lists to apply to custom properties. You can reuse a user-defined value list in several custom properties. Regardless of the origin of a value list, you can edit it to add values, make values active or inactive, or make an entire user-defined value list active or inactive.
Value list is a feature that is used to define the contents of certain drop-down lists in Emptoris Contract Management. When a value is defined, users can select from these values to apply a value to the property or parameter in an object that uses such a list.
