1063 Secure boot failure

Explanation
This error occurs when the canister is failed to unlock its encrypted boot drive because it was
unable to get the passphrase from the TPM.

Complete the following steps:
Replace both boot drive and TPM.

Wait for node to be online. If fails, then replace the canister.
