Function as a service (FaaS) prototype

After you have installed IBM® Spectrum Symphony or IBM Spectrum Symphony Developer Edition, you can optionally download and install a FaaS scheduling prototype on Windows or Linux® x86 64-bit.

The FaaS prototype provides a solution that saves you time and effort: no need to manually deploy a package to the cluster; instead, you simply write logic on the client side and then submit workload. IBM Spectrum Symphony then runs this logic in parallel with a IBM Spectrum Symphony cluster.
