  1. Check the installation requirements as you plan the installation.
  2. Complete either a local or a shared installation.
    Tip:
    • A local installation is when you install IBM Spectrum Conductor onto every host in the cluster.
    • A shared installation is when you install IBM Spectrum Conductor once on a shared file system (such as IBM Spectrum Scale™) that every host in the cluster shares and has access to.
