Creating the export database table
You must use Microsoft Access to add the export database table to the TravelDocsExport.mdb file. You can skip this procedure if you previously used the sample Access file because the file that you copied includes the required table.
- Open the file C:\Datacap\TravelDocs\TravelDocsExport.mdb in Microsoft Access.
- Create a table that is called Other_Charges.

Create a field for
BatchIDand for each of the fields that are defined for the Other Charges page. Make all fields of type Text. - Save the new table.
