The first time that you scan in Case Manager Client or IBM® Content Navigator, you might be prompted to download and run a program called
DynamicWebTwainHTML5Edition.exe. You must install Web TWAIN scanning software
on your workstation before you can scan. This is done one time only.
To install Web TWAIN scanning software:

When prompted, click the link on the Information window to download and save the
DynamicWebTwainHTML5Edition.exe file.

Close the Information window.

Run the file to install the software on your workstation.
Note: While using a scanner for Datacap Navigator scanning, there might be scanning problems if the
scanner is not compatible with Dynamsoft TWAIN Driver. To verify whether your scanner is compatible
with the TWAN driver, use the sample program (Dynamsoft Service) from the following
location:
