Memory problems
Problems caused by insufficient memory being available.
- Memory use increases over time
The amount of memory used by the Gateway daemon might increase over time and a java.lang.OutOfMemory exception might occur. - Message DFHEX0003 following startup
After CICS® Transaction Gateway initialization completes, message DFHEX0003 is displayed with System completion code=878 Reason code=00000010 and CICS TG stops. - OutOfMemory(OOM) error due to lack of native memory for thread creation
The total amount of native memory used by the Gateway daemon increases per thread.
