Planning Requests

After a request is analyzed, a Request Manager can start planning in order to resolve the request.

Procedure

To start planning a request, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Request Management tab, click Requests > All Requests.
  2. Click the Request ID hyperlink to open a request that you want to plan.
  3. Click Begin Planning.
