Holding Requests

The Request Manager can put the request on hold if the request is not to be handled temporarily.

About this task

If a workflow is designed for a request, and when the request is put on hold, a notification is sent to the Request Originator and the assigned user.

Procedure

To put a request on hold, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Request Management tab, click Requests > All Requests.
  2. In the All Requests page, select the request you want to put on hold.
  3. Click Put On Hold.
