Supplier Assessment User Roles

Describes the various user roles in the supplier assessment process.

Table 1. User Roles in Supplier Assessment
User Role	Rights
Initiator / Responsible	Create, edit, and release assessment. Is responsible for the assessment. Initiates and controls the progress of the assessment.
Administrator	View and edit the assessment. Supports the Responsible. Is not responsible for the progress of the assessment. Is informed about the assessment through notifications.
Respondent (internal/ external)	Answer an assessment. The person responsible to answer questions.
Releaser	Release the assessment. Validates the answers and decides whether an assessment can be released. Usually, the Responsible user role plays this role as well. Is always an internal user.
Approver	Approves the assessment.
Viewer	View the assessment.
