Question Pool

In Question Pool, all the questions and chapters are centrally managed and stored. Chapters are used in the Question Pool and later in the questionnaire to organize the relevant questions in a structured hierarchy.

In question pool, you can do the following tasks:
  • Create new chapters and questions.
  • Edit and delete the existing questions and chapters.
    Note: You can edit the chapters and questions using the Create new version feature.

Chapters

Chapters are used to organize questions. For example, relevant questions can be grouped in one chapter.

After you have created a chapter, for it to be available for use, you must Release the chapter.

Questions

Questions are key elements of the Supplier Qualification process. They are the basis of questionnaire. They are included in registrations and assessments and are usually answered by suppliers. Based on the answers provided to these questions suppliers are qualified in the application.

After you have created a question, for it to be available for use, you must Release the question.

The Supplier Qualification module contains the following question types:
  • Complex Questions
  • Repeating Questions
  • Rollover Questions
