Answer Scores
In the Supplier Qualification module, Answer Scoring is a feature that you can use for a specific answer of a question. You can provide scores to different answers in a question.
- No answer given: 0
- Any answer given: 1
- For answer Test entered: 2
When the supplier enters the answer - "Test", the score awarded is 2. If no answer is given to the question, the score is 0 and for any other answer except Test the score awarded is 1.
Usage of answer scores
The sum total of the scores can determine the auto release of an answer sheet. You can select a threshold for minimum and maximum scores, and if the scores lies within this threshold the answer sheet can be released automatically. When an assessment is released, all scores from questions and weighting of questions within questionnaire are calculated and assessment score grades are displayed. Based on the scores you can decide if the supplier meets your business requirements.
