Canceling Actions

You can cancel an action, using the Cancel feature. All tasks that are within the action also get canceled.

Procedure

To cancel an action, complete the following steps:

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Supplier Development > Manage Actions.
  2. In the Filter pane, enter the search criteria and search the action that you want to cancel.
  3. From the Search Result section, select the action and click Open.
  4. Click Cancel.
  5. In the Reason for cancel field, enter the reason for canceling the action.
  6. In the Task Cancel Action section, click Cancel.
  7. In the Follow-up section, click Close.
