Master Data Fields for Creating Types

| Key Data | |
| Code | Code is system generated. You can change if you want to use specific codes. |
| Title | Title of the type must be precise and not too long. |
| Active | Select this to keep the type active and available for creating new actions. |
| Workflow | Select this to define the pre-defined process for the life cycle of an action. The default workflow available is the Standard workflow. |
| Notification Schema | This is the Notification Schema available in the system. Different notifications are sent to the users from here. |
| Focus definition | |
| Supplier/Category/ Region/Organization | You can select the option for the component on which you want to focus the
action. The available options are:
For example, if you select Single mandatory for the component - Supplier, then while defining the focus for the action it is mandatory to select one supplier. |
| Maturity level definition | |
| Use maturity level | Select this if you want to create maturity levels. On selection, the Maturity
levels box appears, where you can click Add and enter the maturity level. For example you can define levels such as Level 0, Level 1, Level 2, and so on depending on your requirement. These levels could correspond to certain levels of performance. When initiating an action, users can select one of these levels in which the supplier fits. |

| Use main focus | Select this, if you want to define the various focus areas. On selection, the
Main focus box appears, where you can click Add and enter the focus area. For example, you can define development areas to focus on, such as Quality, Pricing, Delivery Time, Communication, and more. When initiating an action, users can select one of these areas to focus. |
