Supplier Classification Management

After the Responsible user initiates the Supplier Classification process, you can classify the supplier or execute various tasks from the Manage menu.

The assigned participant accesses the Supplier Classification from the Manage menu. The following table explains the components of the Supplier Classification Module:

Component Description
Overview A summary of the Supplier Classification is displayed. Information about the supplier, class definition with the associated icon, and hyperlinks for other components are provided in the Overview section.
Results The result definition for a supplier (class, strategy, and action plan) is displayed. You can also edit the result by clicking Edit class from the Results section.
Master data The code, title, template, scope, and the supplier details in the key data section and category and organization in the scope section are displayed here.
Participants The assigned participants are displayed here.
Attachments The attachments are displayed here. You can also attach other documents. For more information, see Adding Attachments.
Comments The comments added for the classification are detailed here. You can also add comments. For more information, see Adding Comments.
Executed tasks The various tasks that are completed for various objects are detailed here.
Change History The changes that are made during classification are detailed here.
