Creating Criteria

Criteria are the basic object for the creation of scorecards. One or more criteria are grouped to form a scorecard. Each criterion allows configuration of evaluation guideline, scope, and answer definition.

Procedure

To create a criterion, complete the following steps:

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Performance Evaluation > Configuration > Criteria Pool.
  2. Click New > New Criterion in the Search Result pane.
  3. On the New Criterion page, complete the following steps:
    1. Enter the master data and click Save. For configuring information in the master data, see Master Data Fields for Creating Criteria.
    2. (Optional) Define the participants and click Save.
  4. Click Release in the top pane.

Results

The criterion is available for use in a scorecard only after it is released.
