Performance Evaluation Status Values

The table lists the status values in the Performance Evaluation process:

Status values Description
In creation The state when a performance evaluation process is initiated. If the mandatory data is missing, the evaluation remains in this state. For example, the evaluators are not assigned to criteria.
Scheduled The state when performance evaluation is set to start on a chosen date.
Started The state when performance evaluation starts and the evaluators are invited to view and evaluate their respective tasks.
In progress The state after which the first evaluator enters or edits the scores.
In approval The state after the Releaser user reviews the evaluation, and approvers are assigned to approve the Performance Evaluation.
Canceled The state when the Responsible or Administrator user cancels the evaluation process. Consequently, all the tasks that are related to this process are canceled.
Released The state when the results are released by Releaser. No changes are allowed and the performance evaluation is available for analyzing and reporting.
